Monday Night Listening Room
An intimate, hour-long sound bath designed to help you unwind from the week and recalibrate your nervous system. This grounded experience takes place on yoga mats with blankets and bolsters for comfort.

Floating Sound Bath | Aloft
Once a month, experience sound healing while floating in your own silk cocoon, suspended and supported by air. Sound waves move gently through you, guiding the body into deep, effortless rest.

A playful and calming sound experience designed to help kids release stress, settle their bodies, and reset their energy.

The Aloft Experience

Picture this: you’re gently swaying in a silk hammock, wrapped in weightless comfort while the soft resonance of crystal bowls, deep vibrations of a symphonic gong, ocean drums, and Japanese chimes hum through the air. Part meditation, part supported movement, and pure relaxation at its best.

Aloft is a floating hammock sound healing experience that invites you to sway, soften, and let go.

Using suspended silk hammocks hung close to the ground, participants are guided through mindful meditation and enveloped in waves of sound to soothe the central nervous system. The hammock cradles the body in a silk cocoon, creating an immediate sense of support and decompression. As you settle into stillness, sound frequencies help release physical tension and mental stress, creating space for grounded clarity.
